A Few Notes
~~~~~~~~~~~
Memory Requirements: Recommended 8 megs of memory, 4 megs for the game
and 2 megs for a disk cache.
4 megs is required.
The game needs 586k (600,000 bytes) of DOS memory
and 2.5 megs of high memory (EMS or XMS).
Features will begin to drop out at lower
high-memory levels:
» Below 2.5 megs, music drops out
» Below 2.3 megs, digital speech drops out
» Below 2.2 megs, terrain features will drop out
as needed
» Below 2.1 megs, Strike Commander will not
execute
Missions: There are 41 missions you need to complete to win the game.

I have more info here on the cockpit displays, etc, but its much to hard
to explain in a text format. Weapons costs, etc, are pretty straigh
forward so I won't include that either. The game is great if you can
get the UNT crack copy to work (supposedly only on VLB/video systems).
There are several fixes going around, such as one from Fabulous Furlough,
which are supposed to fix the problems. One way to check to see if your
copy is working correctly is to hit 'A'. If you eject, then your copy is
bad. Also, if you cannot engage the afterburners, that is another sign
that your copy is bad.
